when i started the computer, and it restart by itself. Then it pop up the message saying the window is not shut down sucessfully...then it pop up a window saying something about to restore the file on the recommanded option...after it finished..the alpha antivirus thing pop up again...it is the third time happend...all the softwares that i downloaded it got removed...pls help me to solve the problem..thx
