Laptop keeps getting BSOD

I was on my laptop when all of a sudden I got a BSOD. I restarted the laptop, but before Windosw could even load, I got the same BSOD. I then tried to start the laptop in Safe mode. but again, the BSOD popped up.

I need help fixing this because there are a lot of pictures on it that I don't want to lose.

The error code at the bottom of the screen is this:

Do you have your XP CD? I suspect that your Windows is corrupted and needs a repair.

I might have it, however I'm not 100% sure that I do. If it turns out I don't have it, is there anything I can do to fix it?
