PLEASE! REALLY NEED HELP WITH ANITVIRUS PRO!!!!

Ok I've tried everything I know how to do. I've had something similar to this before and removed it, but this virus is something else. I'm talking about Antivirus System PRO. I've seen threads on here telling me to download something and use that, but when I remove it and reboot it is still there!!! I've used Malwarebytes Anti-malware, Spy bot Search Destroy and others. They all say they've removed it and they don't.

My second problem is that it won't let me open up anything except for the internet. Even my Microsoft Word documents are said to be infected. I can't manually remove this because the system overloads me and almost every anti-malware device I download it takes over that and says it's infected. Now it's starting to link up inappropriate websites and constantly poping up on me.

I can work in safe mode fine and can run the anti-spyware devices fine, but when I reboot into normal mode it's still there!!!! I'm seriously loosing my patience and I am beginning to believe that nothing can be done to save my computer.

No, that's not all....is something called Windows security Alerts another virus because I've had that for awhile, but it doesn't really do anything just occasionally pop up. I thought it was real, but it started pooping up a lot more now that I have the other virus.

I could really use help and hopefully you guys can help me out.

Ok, thought I'd update it. I used Rkill or whatever. I read somewhere about this and kept double clicking it and loading it up. Every time it would say this thing is infected...would you like to fix it, and I just kept clicking no. Then one time it actually ran all the way and the program worked! So the virus is gone for now and I'm trying to make sure all the files are removed, not just hiding. I clicked on Anti-malware thing but it says it's already in use, so I'm just going to let that work itself out. Still wondering about Windows Security Alerts and if I should worry about that.

Hello.

Remove the Proxy setting in Internet Explorer and/or in FireFox.

In Internet Explorer

1. Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.
   

In Firefox

1. Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection > Choose "No Proxy"
   
2. Click the apply button and restart that computer in normal mode.
   

Next,

I notice that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is normally a wonderful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Please make sure Teatimer is disable before we do this, otherwise this fix will fail.

• Open HijackThis.
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
