I dont know where to start

OK I had that anti virus system pro thing on my laptop. I had buy for zone alarm to see if I could get rid of it. That didn't work so i got a refund. Then trying to find some kind of help (before I found this site) I downloaded PC Tools spyware doctor. Well, long story short, I don't know what I did but I restart my laptop and now I cant get rid of spyware doctor. I did the hijack this thing and here is my logfile. Hope some one can help me.

P2P(Peer to peer) applications are designed to help you easily share and distribute files between you and a group of people. But they can also be used to distribute malware, and thus are not considered safe.
The removal of these programs is optional, but highly recommended.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

Java(TM) 6 Update 11
Java(TM) 6 Update 4

Please download Firefox 3.5.5 and install it. It will install over version 3.0 you currently have installed, so you won't lose any bookmarked websites.

How is the machine now?

Sorry it has taken a few days to get back. I removed the Java. and for some reason the lime wire link came back on my desktop. Is there any way I could start all over? The problem I have is I don't have the Cd's that came with this laptop.
