Hello

So,let me introduce you with my problem.
Couple days ago I was on msn, chatting, and I downloaded something from a link "http://lmageshack.info/i/picmoey.jpg"
I don't really know why I did that...I know that stuff contains viruses, but it's not relevant anymore.

So,after that,my msn started closing down every time I tried to start it (it was working for like 30 minutes tops, then closing again)

Anti viruses found the threat but they couldn't permanently delete it.

It's really annoying,I hope you can help me solve this problem Smile...

P.S. I didn't catch any other changes in my computer behavior,it's as fast as it was,it's all the same, just msn closing down (I hope so Big Grin) ..

Hello.
I see you already have MBAM on the system. Please open MBAM, go into the update tab, and hit "Check for updates" to get the latest updates.

Now go back into the Scanner tab, and do a quick scan.
Remove whatever MBAM finds, post the log when done.

Um,I did quick scan, deleted threats and posted logs, but looks like it wasn't posted after all, weird.
Anyhow,I usually did full scan,it found and deleted threats, but they reappeared after restart and that's not the case with quick scan Let me think

So,maybe it deleted all the viruses...not sure though.

If I find anything new,I'll post asap.

Cheers

Hello.
MBAM full quick scan filters out useless "threats" like system volume information as that's just system restore. If you do full scan, MBAM will probably find infected restore points, where as quick scan wont.
