msn error

i have msn error code



i tried :

start run :

Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll


%windir%\system32\regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll

and registered successifuly but the the same error still found

i downloaded msxml3 and MSXML3msms from : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=28494391-052b-42ff-9674-f752bdca9582&displaylang=en#filelist

and setup but the same error is still found

note : i can`t find msn in installed application

I got this error code once, I think it was when I installed it but tried to use it too early.

I followed the troubleshoot. Nothing appeared to happen. After a few restarts and leaving it for several minutes, it worked again.

i wanna completely remove msn but i can`t find it in programs

You can remove it by going to Start >> control panel >> Add/remove programs. Remove it from there.

i reinstalled my windows
