This problem started a few months ago and I can't seem to find the problem.
When I upload files to sites which uses flash such as Megaupload or Mediafire, the speed indicator shows something like 20MB/s when my maximum speed is ~50KB/s and even my network meter agrees it's at ~50KB/s
This happens on IE, Firefox, and Google Chrome. I haven't tested it with Opera or Safari yet.
It started on Vista, and still occurs after a clean install to Windows 7 RC.
The processes in Task Manager also shoots up. If I close the web browser, the upload speed is still high, and will only stop if I disconnect from the internet. The physical memory stays pretty high until I restart.
This does not happen on my XP computer which also uses Google Chrome.
Any ideas?
