I have McAfee, Malwarebytes, HiJackThis and Spybot on my pc. I was thinking of adding SuperAntiSpyware also. Do you think that with all this security, my pc should stay safe? Maybe? Let me think

Security is one thing, but surfing habits are another.
Downloading/installing things you think are safe may still install an infection.

No, because even if the security software warns you something is trying to install, it will give you an option of allowing it or not.

However, if the program is not what is it supposed to be and turns out to be malware, pressing accept and falling into it's trap won't stop it.

It might help in the removal, but not very much in prevention.
