I have a white listed trojan in c:/windows/system 32/ntfs system generic11.aksh that wont allow me to shut down my computer the conventional way. AVG has detected it but cannot/will not remove it. It has obviously taken over my system and is probably using it to broadcast? Any suggestions to remove same, Thanks . Delboy
