HELP! Windows Antivirus Pro

I don't know how i got it but i want it off. I'm kind of unsure of downloading anything else like the Hijacks thing or whatever cause the last thing i need is another virus. I am only 14 so please make it easy for me to understand. It wont let me download the java thing either.

Well i can't even download Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 16 or JavaRa without the thing saying i cant. And when i try downloading the hijack, it wont even open. :/

Rename HijackThis.exe to HijackThis.scr

If you do not see the .exe extension while renaming it, let me know.

Okay, so first of all, i was wondering. Am I supposed to just save hijinks onto my desktop? And also, i cannot open ANYTHING on my computer accept the internet. No paint, No notepad, and No Hijinks or Malabytes thingie. I am really frusturated and even when i changed the name, I don't see the extension when renaiming it. Sorry if this is irratating you but i do appreciate all your help.
