I think i have malware, or spyware, or a virus :/

Hi, I recently contracted some UAC trojans and SKYNET trojans (i think) and they have been stopping me from being able to access the internet, the computer connects to the internet, i can go on msn etc. however i cant view webpages on any browser, nor i can i do updates etc. that require an internet connection. EDIT: I've just this second installed safari, and it seems to be working :/ why would firefox and IE be experiencing problems connecting to and viewing every single webpage in the world, but not safari? Im a firefox user mostly, but im happy to use safari until my issue is resolved thanks in advance for your help!

EDIT 2: I just tried firefox, and its working!? why i wonder :? does this problem usually resolve itself? or was i just having a few days of dud webpages or something? thanks again

EDIT 3: Would it make sense if i said AVg free was causing the problems? after uninstallation the browsers work fine... can anyone an alternative?

• Choose "Do a system scan only"

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

5. Close any open browsers.
6. We need to disable your local AV (Anti-virus) before running Combofix.
