Clean my pics & vids and stuff

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I looking to no how do i delete all my pictures and vids and stuff totally of my computer as i went into search and clicked on search pictures music and videos and it was able to bring up all my pics vids and music that i saved over maybe the last year or two what i thought was deleted from my computer so would just like to no how can i permanently delete these pics vids etc etc as i was going to give my computer to a friend but not with all thus stuff still on it what i thought was deleted lol any help would be great thanks.

When deleting them press the Shit+Del button so that it gets deleted without going to the recycle bin which still can be recovered.

I suggest you format your hard disk if you really want to keep your files confidential. There are softwares out there able to recover delete files.
