Off and On Antivirus System Pro?

I posted in another topic because my problem was the same as that user (thread here: Thread)

In hindsight, probably not the best idea for a forum like this...I was just trying to help save topic space for the moderators.

Anyway, I've had Antivirus System Pro before and got rid of it successfully by following the online guide here. But now I somehow got it again, and this sucker isn't going away anytime soon. I found a way to trick it though, and that is when it first shows up, I shut off my computer, and during start-up pound F8 so I can get into System Restore (if I don't do it this way, Antivirus System Prop blocks me). I restore to say, yesterday, and I'm fine. When I restore it, I run a Malewarebyte's full scan and I also run a Trend Micro scan. However, sooner or later it kicks back in.

I know it's still on my computer and somehow it activates itself. I've searched for it, but nothing comes up (nothing comes up even when Antivirus System Pro is activated). Would HijackThis log be much use for you all right now?

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.
