I apologize for this not having the HijackThis information but I tried to install it but I get a fake message from a fake windows security saying "Process winlogon.exe terminated Harmful memory infection was detected". It does the same for any program I try to run or install. When attempting to start the computer in safe mode it says it encounters an error and restarts itself normally.

I have no idea what to do.

Any help will be appreciated.

negative. Winrar wont open. Although when i try to open a rar file it doesnt give me the Harmful memory infection detected. It just does nothing.
