AntiVirus System Pro removal

Okay, so I got infected by this piece of garbage a few weeks ago, and attempted to use Malwarebytes to remove it, and thought it had worked-except now its back. So now I'm trying the hijack log thing, and hoping that you guys can help me make this thing kick the can. @_@ Here's my HijackThis Log, hope I'm doing this right!

Hello.

I notice that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is normally a wonderful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Please make sure Teatimer is disable before we do this, otherwise this fix will fail.

These services needs resetting back to their default value.

Double click it to run it.
Allow it to run if protection programs stop it.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

Ahkay, I disabled the tea timer, ran the fix, and removed the fixed the mentioned files in Hijack this. I already had Malwarebytes installed as I had used it before (as mentioned above), so I just ran it again, instead of downloading it. I double checked to make sure it is fully updated.

Hello.

Now open a new notepad file.
Input this into the notepad file:

Save this as CFScript.txt, save it to your desktop also.
Then drag and drop CFScript.txt into combofix as seen below:


This will open combofix again, agree to it's terms and allow it to run.
It may want to reboot after it's done. (It will warn you if it wants to)

For the first time in 3 weeks, my AVG scans are coming up COMPLETELY clean! So, if I'm not mistaken, my computer may actually be all better now! I'm doing a full scan with malwarebytes to double check, but in any case, thank you SO much for your help!
