can't get malwarebytes to run

My computer has been infected with the Anitvirus system PRO and I have downloaded the malwarebytes but it will not run. What do I do? I also keep getting kicked off while on the internet when trying to get help.

Please download the current version of HijackThis from HERE

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.

Hello.

I notice that you have Spybot's TeaTimer running. While this is normally a wonderful tool to protect against hijackers, it can also interfere with HijackThis fixes. So please disable TeaTimer by doing the following:
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
You can reenable TeaTimer once your system is clean.

Please make sure Teatimer is disable before we do this, otherwise this fix will fail.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

Java(TM) 6 Update 3

Next,

• Open HijackThis
  
• Choose "Do a system scan only"
  
• Check the boxes in front of these lines:

• Press "Fix Checked"
  
• Close Hijack This.

  2. During the download, rename Combofix to Combo-Fix as follows:

  4. Please do not rename Combofix to other names, but only to the one indicated.
  5. Close any open browsers.
  6. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
  
  
• We need to disable your local AV (Anti-virus) before running Combofix.
  
• See HERE for how to disable your AV. (AVG8)
  
• Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  
• Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  
• ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
  ***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***
  
  **Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will automatically proceed with its scan.

• Allow ComboFix to download the Recovery Console.

A friend was helping me yesterday and I did the hijack thing and he told me which ones to click on and fix. I now don't get pop ups and I can get online but my search engines won't work. I type something in and it says done at the bottom but only gives me a blank page. Also, now I can't scroll, I have to use the scroll bar on the side of the page. I have redownloaded the malwarebytes' and it goes all the way through till the end with the page that has two places to check and I hit finish but then it does nothing. I have it saved to my desktop and I have tried to open it from there, as well, with no success.

It does nothing when I try to run spybot.

Still could be malware though, so follow my instructions and we'll see what the Combofix log says.

I removed Java(TM) 6 update 3 but still can't get spybot to do anything.

Okay, forget the Spybot/Hijack This fix for now and follow my instructions for running Combofix.

I downloaded from both links above and it gave me an error message. It never gave me the option to rename. The error message said can't rename to Combofix(1) (I think) but I never said to rename it that.

Did you follow my instructions and renamed it to Combo-Fix? BEFORE it was downloaded.

Hello.

I see that you are running Limewire.
P2P(Peer to peer) applications are designed to help you easily share and distribute files between you and a group of people. But they can also be used to distribute malware, and thus are not considered safe.
The removal of these programs is optional, but highly recommended.

If Limewire is not removed, then I won't help you.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs.

Now open a new notepad file.
Input this into the notepad file:
