Need Help Please.

I was not sure where to post this but I need to know if these temps are safe? and does this show the CPU temp?

The temperature is ok... but it doesn't show the CPU temp, only the GPU.

Good temps for a CPU are about 43 - 46C at idle, 46 - 50C on full load.

Well how do I check the CPU temp? because I installed a few different programs to do this but each time I tried to use them my computer would stall, the screen would go all black and I would have to restart in safe mode to uninstall the the program so the computer would work again.
I checked the Bios and it says my CPU has the temp read capability but it is turned off and there is no option to turn it on.

You can use a program like MotherBoard Monitor to check your temps. You can also check your CPU temperature in BIOS.

i have a intel pentium D motherboard can i overclock it??
