Internet problems after a Bankerfox.a removal

I can not connect to the internet after a spyware removal.
I follow all the instructions before about:

-Run WinsockFix
-Run HijackThis
-then run remove Java(TM) 6 Update 5
-then run HijackThis again and fixed the follow files:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-19\..\RunOnce: [] (User 'LOCAL SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\Run: [EFI Job Monitor] C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\JobMonitor\JobMonitor.exe (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\RunOnce: [] (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\RunOnce: [] (User 'SYSTEM')
O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\RunOnce: [] (User 'Default user')
- and at end run ATF-Cleaner.exe

I tried all the steps above but I am still having problems to connect to the internet.

I hope that somebody can help me, please...

I have resolve the problem myself. I have uninstall Norton antivirus that was not working for a while because I never renewed it, and I got the internet back. Thanks,
