unknown problem

computer runs very slow and restarts at random i bought it used a few weeks ago avg and malwarebytes both come back clean

You have a lot running at startup which is probably contributing to the slowness.

• Open HijackThis.
  
• When Hijack This opens, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
  
• Then select "Open Uninstall Manager"
  
• Click on "Save List..." (generates uninstall_list.txt)
  
• Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
