Win Blue lockin me out pls help

Win blue has attacked my system. I am able to browse, but thats about it. I cannot access my C drive, no ctl/alt/dlt, notepad, basically nothing...
I downloaded hijackthis, combofix and cant open them. I am also unable to delete the file 'C:\windows\system32\blocker.dll'.

Please help...oh btw i am using xp pro sp2.

well nevermind i think i got it...

was finaly able to run hijackthis by downloading from different portal, and then deleted blocker.dll, now with this done was able to run combofix and had full control of my pc again although a few remnants of winblue were sill lingering, icon in systemtray and HD named file in program files. After running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware this to was gone. It would seem all remnants of winblue are now gone.
