Solved touchpad not working

hi,
yesterday i got the systems security virus in my computer I followed the guidelines on this website to remove the virus and I am pretty sure its gone but my touchpad on the laptop isnt working anymore. I have a sony vaio

what exact model number is it? we will need to know this for getting you the driver.
