Need Help with Drivers on Dell Laptop

Hello,
I just put Windows XP Home Edition on my Dell Inspiron 700m laptop, however, I don't have all of the necessary drivers on it, so, I was wondering how I could figure out which drivers I need, and how I could get them. I am also having trouble getting an internet connection with the laptop, so, is there a way I can download the drivers onto this desktop, then transfer them to the laptop via USB Drive?
