HP pop ups

About two years ago I purchased a HP K5400 printer. The printer is great but the pop ups are driving me crazy or crazier. I've read somewhere that if you can delete the pop up software you will increase your computer speed but I don't know that for certain. I think I got it to stop the pop ups by increasing the pop ups sensitivity . I would like to delete HP's software for the pop ups but don't know what to delete. Any Ideas??

It's hard to know if I don't know the type of computer, but you can try getting onto control panel next go to "add and remove programs" and search for it.... you might find it...
