Alternative to Itunes?

Hello. I have a windows, and haven't been to fond of Itunes. I haven't used itunes in a while, because I have been using mediamonkey, but now something is happening with that, and it won't download podcasts. So....I am curious as to whether or not anyone knows of a good alternative to itunes, which works well with podcasts? Please, I do not wanna use Winamp.

Doctor are those alternatives to itunes can upload music to ipod?
