We recommend to backup the registry before editing it, learn how to do it here.
Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT).
For Noobs -- > Start -- > Run -- > Type "regedit" (without " )
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall
and remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall."
