Hi, you should go to
http://www.facebook.com/reset.php

And reset your password, check your email inbox for Facebook email.

If you think somebody hackd you or something other, go to

http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=account_hacked

And submit your request for new password and "un-hack"..
