Windows 7/MS Office 2007

Hello,
Can not open emails that my teachers send. She they have Windows 2007. When trying to upgrade MS Office 2007 the computer will not allow it to install because it pops up saying " there is another program trying to install". Then we tried to install Windows 2007 advisdor to see if it is compatable, and the pop up comes up again stating the same thing. Can you help please? Thank you. Valerie

I don't quite get you here. There's no Windows 2007, are you referring to Vista or Windows 7?

So sorry for the incorrect posting about Windows. I currently have MS business office 2003. when i go to open an email from teacher, it will not open. Does this mean I have to upgrade just office or Windows too?

Also, when I download the Window 7 advisor, it says another installation is trying to install, wait till finishes. This happens on every program that I try to download, even my new printer software. Please help. Thank you for your time.
