Solved winbluesoft and rebooting

how do i get rid of winbluesof and i bought my computer from a pawn shop but i cant reboot it because it has a password set by the previous user is there any way pass it so i can reboot my cpu

If you have not stored any data that is important, I would suggest reinstalling windows.

Yes, the only way is to reinstall Windows if you do not have the admin password.
