Vista vs XP

Hello!

Hoping you can help me with a vista problem.

Problem: i have just recently brought a new laptop and it has come with vista as its O/S which to be honest im not very happy with i would prefer to have XP as this is what i had before and know best

was wondering if anyone could tell me how to downgrade back to XP?

You cant 'downgrade' from vista, you will need to clean install XP again!

For this you will need a full XP install disc and your bios boot order set to boot from your optical drive (CD/DVD rom) as priority boot device.

If you have any probs with this let us know and myself or another staff member will help you to set it!

Its a shame you dont like vista.....you need to give it a few months (not a day or two) to work your way around the OS, then trust me, you will never look back.

Yeah thats true, try vista first. Just do some tweaks.

i heard there was a way that we could use vista with xp's o/s?

It's called dual booting.
