Network-related Softwares

Hi guys.

I have this project in Computer Science and I was wondering if you could help me out.

We are to search for at least 3 Network-related software along with its documentation. We must be able to identify the name of the software, its functionality, highlighted features and its role in the network.

This includes any freeware, shareware, or trial version of the software.

Categories of these software include:
Network Monitoring Software
Network Utility Software
System Administration Software
Client-Server Software
Networking Tools Software
And other Network-related Software
(This does not include chat software and peer-to-peer software)

Any ideas where I can download these kinds of software? I need unique ones, by the way, because we are not allowed to have duplicates of software in class.
