gameguard :initialization Error (380)

While I was trying to log in to play a downloaded mmorpg, I could not get in the game and it give me this " Disconnect from the Gameguard sever update ......." I tried checking if the game was having a sever check but it did not state anything about it so there was nothing wrong wif the game. I tried downloading it to another com from a disk and the same thing happened. What is it exactly wrong? (btw I did check the internet connection and it was ok too)

This is indicating that either there is a problem with your internet connection, security software on your PC is blocking NProtect from accessing its patch server, or the NProtect patch server is temporarily down. You may wish to wait a while and try again, and verify your firewall settings, as well.
