Boot Problem

I bought a new IBM pentium 4, 3.0 processor pc just two weeks ago. Just this evening as i was about to uninstall a program which my antivirus stopped due to infection my system went off immediately and refused to boot again. Unfortunately i did not back up all my programs before this happened. Please what do i do to boot my system again.

If you have backup, you can easy reinstall windows without losing any data

If your system can't boot into safe mode too, then the last option is either to perform a repair or reinstall of Windows.
