2600 MHz hypertransport questions

I am building my first computer. I am getting a motherboard with a FSB that is 2600 MHz hypertransport I have no idea what that really means, but would really like to know. I am going with the AMD 64x2 dual core processor 6000+ Is this cool? What are the advantages or disadvantages? Will this setup work? THANKS A LOT Jeff

First Of All nice Choice For The Mothere Board And Second The 2600 FSB Is a good choice for the future if u need to change the proceccer the u can change uptoo the compatabel of 2600 fsb
And The AMD 64x2 dual core processor 6000+ is of 2000 fsb so u can use in that
best choice for now and in future u need to change then jsut change the processor
