C4d stands for Cinema 4D.

It is a 3D designing software similar to Maya or 3DS Max.

Basically when artist refer to C4D/render, they refer to an abstract art you attain from Cinema 4D.

Someone who stands out from the rest do what is expected of them, and a little bit more.
