I'm running on cable. My ISP says this cable is hybrid with fibre optics.

here is mine, its poor.

Max 8MB connection in my area and upload speeds average around 35Kbps

So I tried the speedtest.net this time and got:

Hmm pretty strange this, as the "swedish speedtest" I tried out before gave me: Download 89.86 mb/s and Upload: 19.18 mb/s.

Is the "Swedish speedtest" at http://www.bredbandskollen.se/ giving you guys lower "speeds" than speedtest.net as well? If anyone wants to try, click on the link and then simply click "starta mätning" ("start measurement"). Skicka = Upload. Ta emot = download.

Because it is interesting that the Swedish one gives me upload: 19.18 mb/s, while speedtest.net gives me, upload: 77.97 mb/s

on my other computer, i did a site like this, and it said *Before dividing by 8* that my Download speed was 8000 MB/s, and when it's finalized, I should get like 1.3 MB/s. And I've downloaded at 1.0 megabyte per second, and it blew my mind. On THIS computer, however, my max download speed is usually only 400 kb/s. :'{
