Just watched Smackdown, it's a lot better than last week. The return of the dirt sheet was pretty funny, and I love the story line they gave John. He's a lot more aggressive and and athletic than he was when he was with The Miz.

- Following her transfer over to the SmackDown brand on Monday night as a result of the tri-branded WWE Divas trade, Beth Phoenix is slated to end up being Dolph Ziggler's new girlfriend.

- The Bella Twins were moved back to RAW because Vince McMahon was said to have "fallen in love with them" following their guest host skits on the company's flagship program several weeks back. They are expected to be featured in guest host segments on a regular basis now.

Spoiler for future Raw hosts, but I think this will end up being another Bob Barker.

- Former WWE announcer Mike Adamle recently competed the Iron Man World Championship, which included a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile marathon. Adamle told the Chicago Tribune, "This was the hardest thing I ever did. The conditions were amazing, the tire made me adjust on the fly, but it was something special everybody should experience once."

- TMZ cameras caught up with Bill Goldberg this week and asked the former WCW/WWE champion what his typical day is like and what he has for breakfast. Goldberg said he typically does 10 eggwhites and a half pound of turkey bacon for breakfast. When asked how much he can bench press, Goldberg said benching is for "pretty boys." He trains for functional strength with dumbells and the camera man said he looks great for a 42 year old.

- Actor Verne Troyer, Mini Me from the Austin Powers movies, is rumored to be hosting WWE's Monday Night RAW some time this Fall. Imagine what they will come up with for Verne and Hornswoggle.

As Jeff Hardy's next court appearance draws near, local North Carolina media has once again started covering the story.

The Sanford Herald ran an article Sunday morning discussing Hardy's next appearance, which is slated for November 4.

"The hearing will determine if a crime has been committed. The case will then be passed on to a grand jury, who would review the evidence and decide whether or not to criminally indict Hardy on all charges," reads the article.

The article, which notes Hardy's history with WWE and OMEGA, is interesting in that it never mentions Jeff by name. While specifically identifies his brother Matt, it only refers to Jeff Hardy as a "well-known wrestler," a "Moore County native" and "Hardy."

BIG spoiler from tonights PPV leaked from within TNA.

Spoiler:

- Several cable companies including Comcast and Time Warner have began airing commercials for TNA's November pay-per-view, Turning Point. The commercials say that AJ Styles defeated Sting at tonight's Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

This doesn't sound like a mistake on TNA's part as the cable systems would have to got the commercials from iNDEMAND. One would think that TNA can't be too happy about this.
