For Smackdown Sept. 25th

Spoiler:
*Smackdown opened with CM Punk coming out and cutting a promo. This led to Undertaker coming out with the Druids. They had kept Teddy Long in a coffin and Long announced a Hell in A Cell between Taker and Punk for the PPV. He also announced they would fight later tonight.

*WWE IC champ John Morrison and Finlay defeated Mike Knox and Dolph Ziggler when Morrison pinned Knox with Starship Pain.

*Kane killed Slam Master J with a chokeslam. This was set up by a vignette where J was caught spray painting Teddy Long's office.

*Batista beat WWE Unified Tag champ Big Show by DQ when Chris Jericho interfered. Backstage, Batista said he and Rey Mysterio challenged them for the Tag belts.

*Vince McMahon did a promo about the Smackdown anniversary next week.

*DH Smith pinned JTG (I think - I went to the merchandise stand to get the WCW DVD. $30 and that included an NWO t-shirt!)

*R-Truth and Drew McIntrye had a brawl that was broken up.

*CM Punk defeated Undertaker via countout. Taker chokeslammed him and stared down at him to end the show.

Spoiler:
Scott Steiner has been telling friends for a couple of months now that he doesn’t expect to stick around TNA much longer. Steiner is very tight with Jeff Jarrett, and people within the company assume he won’t stick around long if he’s under the impression there‘s no chance of Jeff coming back.

Those close to the situation say that Steiner, now 47, was already financially prepared to retire when he turned 40 years old. Friends say that Steiner still had the desire to perform despite the everyday pain he endures, stemming from years of injuries.

In January of this year, a report was published with the following quote from a fellow wrestler: "If Scott has a decent, hard match where he takes five or ten bumps, he is feeling much more pain than the average beat up wrestler [and he feels it for up to] 24 hours after the match. […] His back is so bad, watching him go through a 12 step process to sit in a car seat is excruciating.”

Re: Official WWE/TNA wrestling Thread

Spoiler:
- As noted earlier, Lacey Von Erich, daughter of former WWE Superstar "The Texas Tornado" Kerry Von Erich, has signed on with TNA. She debuted at this past Tuesday's iMPACT taping (set to air next Thursday), assisting Velvet Sky and Madison Rayne. The third generation wrestler was strictly signed to replace Angelina Love in "The Beautiful People" faction. Even though Love doesn't have her employment visa, she is still living in Tampa while waiting for everything to be sorted out. The signing of Von Erich would seem to indicate that the company doesn't see Love's visa situation being resolved anytime soon.

While Von Erich most certainly has the looks necessary to be a member of "The Beautiful People," she is worlds apart from Love in terms of wrestling ability, experience and presence. Von Erich started her career in professional wrestling roughly two years ago and has wrestled sporadically throughout that time. It is believed that she has taken part in no more than twenty matches throughout career — far, far less than anyone else on the roster. When she was in WWE's developmental camp in late 2007, she flamed out quickly and didn't receive high marks. In fact, she only lasted four months in the company before being let go, which is quite startling for a developmental wrestler. While Love (as Angel Williams) and Taylor Wilde (as Shantelle Taylor) were in WWE's developmental system and also let go the very same year, both moves were heavily criticized by those who had trained with them or had seen them on Deep South Wrestling television. On the other hand, there was no such criticism of Von Erich or Trenesha Biggers (a.k.a. Rhaka Khan) being let go.

Despite the addition of Von Erich to the "The Beautiful People," the future prospects of the group very much remains in question. Internally, the senior member of the group, Velvet Sky, is still seen as a liability in the ring despite several years of wrestling experience whereas Rayne has essentially been treated as a jobber/punching bag throughout her brief tenure in TNA. In fact, since joining the company in February, Rayne still has yet to score a single pinfall victory on television.

First two are bad quality because they are captured from a mobile phone from the crowd.

This spoiler is not certain yet, only a rumour as of now.
Spoiler:
- Afjrdly asks: Is Kurt Angle returning to WWE in September of 2009?
Answer: That's been the big rumor going around. Apparently Kurt wants one more run in WWE or he was telling people that, says the rumor.

Raws new ring announcer .

Spoiler:
Lauren Mayhew, 24, was introduced as a ring announcer at last night's Smackdown taping in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mayhew has quite an array of experience, spanning TV appearances in the likes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and American Dreams, as well as singing and writing experience. It was widely reported that Vince McMahon was very high on getting an individual that could sing as well as announce.

Is she haaawt or what?

Concerning Sting:
Spoiler:
- While the last we heard was that Sting had yet to make a final decision in regards to a future with TNA past October, Prowrestling.net is reporting that Sting is expected to continue working past next month's TNA Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

There is talk within the company of having him work a retirement tour that would keep him with TNA until the spring of 2010.
