I managed this (nearly) but couldnt get it to work. I tried this using avs video converter, it worked but I couldnt get rid of the writing in the middle of the screen as the software wanted me to register for cash. Anyone know anyway around this ?? a friend recently gave me a t-mobile my touch 3g before returning to america because he owed me some money (a long story...)

i am not sure what i can do with it, i was hoping to get it unlocked and get a vodaphone (or anyother network if possible) sim only deal. thereby making my monthly cost for my phone less.

is this possible and most importantly can i unlock the my touch 3g / htc magic?

Sipgate recommended forwarding ports 5004, 5060 and 5062 and disabling the stun server. But this is proving to be quite difficult with this router, I have a fixed IP and am on adsl2+ .
