Stupid file wont delete and i think its virus related?

hi i recently downloaded a mod file for a game thyen i stopped downloading it halfway through and know the damn thing wont delete. and i am worried it might harm my computer so please someone help me delete it?

Hello,
What happens when you try to delete it?
Please download Unlocker from Here and install.
When you right click the file you should have the option Unlocker.
Click this, and in the drop down box select delete.
Click OK.
This should work but it depends on what happened when you tried to delete it the first time.
