format ur drive

i am using xp2.512 ram, 80gb hd, proc 2.4(p4). However now i am facing a problem. that when i open my pc then all time it need disk check suppose H drive.after that it want format to open. on other drive some data are missing.i format H drive, now to open d drive it saying to format. Plz help me.

Right click the drive >> format.
