Help, finding the right firewall for me

Hello

I need some help finding the "right" firewall for my usage . I need a firewall that is free and can create "rules" such as these ones: Some Comodo "rules" (if you scroll down a bit you will find "Rule A", "Rule B" and so on)

Obviously I can pick the comodo-firewall, but are there any alternatives? Can you create "rules", such as the ones in the link, in for example Zone Alarm, Online Armour or Outpost? If yes, which of these firewalls do you prefer?

I would get Outpost if it were me. I've never heard much of Online Armour, Outpost is lighter on the system than Zone Alarm.

"Action: Allow
Protocol: IP
Direction: Out
Source Address: Zone
Destination Address: Any
Ip Details > IP Protocol: Any"

Ok, so in outpost you can create rules, such as the one above?
