CLoud antivirus Probs

Hi everyone
3 times now I have attempted to try out Cloud anti virus and it just will not install it shows an error message everytime saying something to do with psnano log I had removed all other Security software in case of conflict but still it will not install anyone got any ideas.

Cloud Antivirus

Ok Panda have released a free antivirus Called Panda cloud antivirus you download a small prog to your PC which I imagine scans incoming and outgoing but when you do a scan it is done online its got very good reviews on C-net but it just will not work for me.
